Default Repair bills

ANyone else struggling with this?

I mean i make enough to cover the costs but how do i get ahead? If it wasnt for my static group and friends i would be dirt poor and probably have given up.

The worst part though (besides being poor) is that i cant hardcore grind for more then a couple hours before something breaks. How annoying to get a dungeon crawl and be tearing up an awesome dungeon and get the message "your Forged Infineum Brestplate is at 0%"

GAH!!!@#

Anyhow, must warriors i talk to hafta supplement their adventure income with harvesting/crafting or even diplomacy to gain some cash.

This is one of the biggest problems for warriors IMHO.

I would have to agree i have bugged this many times. The gear simply breaks to quick and costs a furtune to repair compared to the income comming in. I should have to pay no more then any other class in a grp fighting the same amount of time period. That is not the case we pay more then everyone else.

PLEASE FIX

I will agree here. I think the cost is fine but gear breaks way too fast.

Yes, I am having the same experience. However, I do not believe that it is 'broken'. I believe that it is currently more in line with what they were intending. When they first 'fixed' the system, the breaking rate was about 1% / hour, maybe even less on some other items. I do not believe that this was a plausible solution. While we love it, to be sure, it was not serving the purpose that they had originally intended.

I would say that the current breaking rate is around two times slower than it was prior to the fix. I believe that this is more in-line with what they had originally intended the 'fix' to be. It sucks, to be sure, and I wish it was better than it is now. And, what makes it even worse is the fact that we had a taste of the 1% / hour rate, which was like a wet-dream. But, I feel that currently it is more along the lines with what they were intending.

Agreed, I actualy didn't even mean to put "broke" in there.. I think im just used to saying broke to my group ;)

Excessive would have been a better word. I would like to see it get to the point of logging in on saturday morning fully repaired and being able to play that day and not have to repair until I logged on Sunday. I just think it takes the fun out of the game if you ever have to quit what your doing to go repair.

IMO it would be much better if it was a once a day task.

It was posted in another thread by Venge that it is still being looked at and tweaked if needed. So it's just a wait and see at this point.

I completely agree with you in the sense of a 'once a day' deal. I would love to be able to dungeon crawl for an entire day and not have to worry about repairing. And, again, I agree that it's a wait and see sort of deal. Hopefully they'll get it where they want it within the near future. Until then, we'll have to get used to say 'broken' again.
