It's just that I can't help but feel a little worried when someone like Brad McQuaid, who has seemed genuinely excited about this game, has all but vanished completely. Right now the official Vanguard forums resemble the EQ2 forums. There's moderation alright, but very little two-way communication.

Not being a doomsday naysayer, though. Personally, I'm still excited for the game and I can't wait to play it

I am sure the switch to open beta will also bring about a ton of changes that have been noted up to this point. It is a monumental undertaking, and every Sigil employee is probably so busy that an extra few minutes or hours on the forums is unthinkable! Or, maybe Sigil is preventing information release until it is known what changes will occur in Beta 5?

^ I'm hearing a lot of people are getting their keys from Gamestop and stuff now. Seems to be the consensus that the 5th is the start of Open Beta.
