Yet another annoying quest bottleneck

Why is Garzonag the Destoyer on such an obscene timer? From what I can tell checking around he only pops at server resets. Making the 4 quests that depend on him to be complete entirely pointless.

Any chance someone can look into the Ichtakhta armor drops? The helm/gloves/boots/shoulders/legs/arms are all dropping in Flordiel like they should, but the wrists/belt aren't dropping at all off the 2 dot Flor/Gorg mobs in Ichtakhta, almost like they're not even in the loot table.

I can understand the Mnalus not dropping certain components, as they're not fully itemized yet, but the Gorg wrist/belt pieces are dropping already, so it seems odd the Ichy ones aren't.
