New weapon quest in Afrit

This was not a upgrade for anyone in my group 8-/ You get better weapons from the mobs in Rhaz Inkur than you do from the quest.

Am I seeing the proc on that dagger right? It only triggers from casting spells?

About afrit weapon, the quest to change hilt in necropolis is bugged atm the npc stay stuck on first sentence so you can't get the quest.... it remembers me of infineum... .
And yeah reward is horrible it take less time to farm rahz and get 4 or 5 heroic items than to get faction for this quest.

Any word on the proc's damage? Would it be worth getting this just to be able to own razh inkur.. not necessarily that it would be your main weapon?

In the picture you will notice 5 weapons. The 6th missing weapon would have been mine, but the quest is bugged (or my character is bugged). I have done the event THREE times now. The first time it was completed and I could not click the final mob to upgrade the weapon. The second time the event bugged (of course) and the zone was messed up all day (yes we petitioned it, no it was never reset). The third time, the event was completed once again and again, I could not complete the quest and the weapon would not upgrade. I had the "!" on the mob, my weapon was equipped the entire fight and afterwards. I clicked the mob hundreds of times but it never did anything so.... If any developers read this post: the shortsword does not work and will not upgrade or my character is bugged and I have petitioned it and bug reported it.

Saw many thread saying shortsword is bugged, now perhaps it is you spaming it everywhere and your character is bugged :p or yes shortsword is bugged.
Hilt exchange quest still bugged aswell.

I have the rare cleric weapon right now, it's a hammer, 88-163dmg, 2.55 speed, 14wis, 3 str, 11 healing focus, +15 block. Will post the heroic if I can finish the quest, but the whole Oracle script has been completed bugged out for days on Gulgrethor =\

Gulfrethor been been the past couple days...hell
Rhaz has been buggy the past couple days too bro. WL area is funky =P
