Cylus! Item Problem. Bug?

Cylus,

Usually when un-equiping or re-equiping my items, I right click instead of drag and drop. (This is obviously faster)
Last night when trying to un-equip my cloak, instead it casted its last charge of levitate and then completly dissapeared.

Atramentous Mosquito Wing Cloak is what im talking about. Does it make sense to have this dissapear after the charges are gone? I spent a good amount of money on this only to see it poof, and I was left quite pissed off. I'm curious if this is just a bug, or if it is intended that way. I sent in a petition.

Coders are looking into it atm. Isn't intended to poof :(
