Plains of Anguish Gear Quest bugged?

I looted a pair of "Unmarked Gloves" (Im a ranger). I killed some undead, and got a quest to talk to someone in the village. About 10 minutes later, while still killing undead, the quest updated as if I had spoken to the person in the village. It asked me to go to the fountain, which i did, then turn in the quest, which I did. Now I have to kill 100 brotherhood pallies etc.... but it asks me to turn in a belt, not the gloves. Is this broken?!?!?

I had the same problem as a bard. Abandoned the quest, threw out the gloves, waste of time.

Yeah, both the gloves and the shield are currently broken.

Don't think it is bugged, you have to complete all the quest in order, belt being first. Well i never wasted time finishing the blue belt so perhaps it bugged.

the belt turns out to be a legendary belt with clickable skellie illusion. too bad i cant wear it becuase i started the quest with the shield. and its bugged so you get the belt quest.
