Default New Forum
It might be worthwhile to have a community announcements forum, where people like myself can plug their websites :P

I was thinking there should be a guild discussion forum, where people can start recruiting, but I suppose that should be server-based, since this is more designed for after release :)

Fansite Admin sounds good

Fansites can post threads but registered members can still reply. I may change that to not reply if people abuse it just for bumps.
