![]() When the devs are busy, it is up to the class and community leads to filter information and report what is really going on. That is why a lot of MMOs have class leaders/correspondents. The only real difference is that pathetic drama/problems on boards will be fixed quickly. And the threads that do need attention will get the attention that they need to.

I'd be willing to bet that what'll happen is that they'll be several community relations people who's main job will be to look at the affiliate sites and will help synthesize community feedback and direct the devs to important topics. Though I'm sure that the devs will get bored from time to time and go surf the various sites on their own.
As a dev for another piece of software thats what I do with our support personal. One thing to consider is using RSS feeds to check the various sites.
