Revenue from the 1 ad position at the bottom of the page not cutting it? I don't get it, traffic may be low, but the signal to noise ratio is incredibly high.

I went to Silky after following a link about some of the Gorgalok swamp stuff, had to sort through 13 pages of retarded one line posts to find any useful info.

Guess what, not going to bother doing that again.

Ad revenue doesn't bother me at all. At the rate the traffic is going there will be little to no one viewing the site daily. Which in turns has communities throwing server forums all over the internet and then silky venom going ahead and making their own forums for the heck of it.

I think of it as the best interest to the community and this website for the switch. If all of a sudden 500 people are viewing during the day and 300 at night then it would switch the scenario around.

If traffic wasn't going downhill which forces this site to be non-existant in the future then I wouldn't be thinking about doing this~

It's not about the money guys. It's about the lack of traffic. If a site has little to no traffic, what's the point of keeping it in existence? I think that's where Tyen is coming from.
