That should be fine. The only issue you have to be careful with for memory is dual channel memory - newer motherboards run dual channel memory slots, which means you have to have memory in identical pairs of 2 ("identical" can be bent a bit, but it's generally recommended to use exactly the same type of RAM in pairs. Has to be the same size/frequency at least). But then you're getting pairs anyway (And the whole dual channel thing may not even be on your motherboard)
Also, make sure you've checked the specs of your comp to make sure the RAM is compatible. A quick google search of that comp shows a few different things so I'm not certain, but I think you've got the right ones there. You probably have anyway, but check the info you have to be sure =)
But yeah, bottom line is - that would be fine.
